Shipping & Returns



All orders are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded.

Delivery charges and destinations are as follows:

Orders up to £10 FREE OF CHARGE (3-7days)

UK Recorded Delivery         - £4.55 (3-5 days)
UK Special Delivery             - £8.70 (1-3 days)
International Signed             - £12.85 (5-7 days)

Next day delivery is available for UK only. Orders are processed the following day allow 2 days delivery due to stock levels.Please note that this service from Royal Mail is next working day and does not include Saturday or Sunday.  Royal Mail does not consider Saturday or Sunday to be a working day so any parcel dispatched "next day delivery" on a Friday will not be received until  Monday.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 days of order being received.
Should there be any delay of your order, we will contact you within 48 hours to inform you with an estimated delivery date. You may cancel or change the order if this is not convenient.

Once dispatched UK Special Orders are estimated to take 1-3 days  & Signed 1st Class 3-5 days.
Europe deliveries are estimated to take 3-5 days for delivery. Worldwide deliveries are estimated to take 5-7 days for delivery.

Once goods have been delivered you will become the owner and responsible for loss or damage.


You have the right to return any unused items in a re-saleable condition (unworn with tags attached and in original packaging) for a refund or exchange within 14 days.

We recommend  you take your items to the local Post Office and ask for a certificate of posting stating our return address.  Please enclose a note of your name and address with the returned goods.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels unless you have this certificate.

Goods accepted for a refund will be subject to the outgoing postage and packaging unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the returned goods. You will receive an e-mail notification once your refund has been processed.

Special orders, bulk orders & Synchro Team orders will be at the discretion of the management and liable to a 50% of order total admin charge unless there is evidence of a manufacturer's defect.



Should you require an exchange for a different size of the same item no extra postage and packaging will be made.

However if you want a different item please treat this as a new order and we will charge postage and packaging on this.
